Heidi Klansnic is attentive to detail. When she helped us sell a house in 2017, she helped us understand what we should do before putting it on the market, and understand what we need not do until a qualified potential buyer would make an ask. She brought over potted flowers and plants to increase the curb appeal. She set an optimistic price, and when there were no offers on the first weekend, she had a tactical reason for suggesting a specific reduced price: tucking it just under similar homes coming on the market the following week. We had a well-qualified buyer at that price and timing. When Heidi helped me buy a condo in 2018, she supported my walking away from a seller who was making an unreasonable request (seeing a bank statement of mine, not just a banker's letter, when I was making an all-cash offer). A few months later, she helped me to develop another good offer on a different unit, and set an accept/reject timetable that would have a decision made on my offer's own merits, before other open house visitors would have time to submit offers a day or two later. Very good tactical thinking that worked to my benefit.
